Weather Simulator Console Operator (SCO) – Shaw AFB, SC, Whiteman AFB, MO, Ellsworth AFB, SD
Position Overview:
CASE Consultants International is hiring Simulator Console Operators (SCOs) to support MQ-9 mission readiness across multiple Air Force installations. SCOs play a pivotal role in preparing, managing, and adapting complex simulation environments for aircrew training, including distributed multi-ship operations, VIP demonstrations, and Weapons School spin-ups.
The ideal SCO is a former MQ-9 Pilot, Sensor Operator, or experienced Simulator Technician who brings a mission-first mindset and deep understanding of MQ-9 training dynamics. They’re fully comfortable navigating MACE, MSAT, and MJAT environments, and can proactively troubleshoot, adapt, and enhance simulator scenarios in real time. They are reliable under pressure, capable of supporting multi-ship DMO events, and skilled in refining tactical scenarios to meet instructional objectives. A confident communicator, this candidate coordinates effectively with instructors, replicates white cell roles with realism, and ensures each training event achieves maximum impact. They are clearance-ready, solution-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative training environment where realism, detail, and timing matter.

Clearance Required: Active Top Secret / SCI with SAP/NATO ACCM eligibility
Position Type: Full-Time (Standard hours with mission-driven flex)
Pay Range: $22-27/hr + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Load, prepare, and manage MQ-9 simulator profiles (DTT, DMO, and MACE)
Adjust simulations in real time based on instructor or crew input
Coordinate with instructors on injects and white cell roles during training
Troubleshoot simulator issues and track daily usage and discrepancies
Refine training profiles in coordination with Ops, Training, and Weapons shops
Operate multi-ship simulators and support continuation training or test events
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an MQ-9 Pilot, Sensor Operator, or SCO
Strong familiarity with MQ-9 simulator tools including MACE, MSAT, MJAT
Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance (Interim not accepted)
Comfortable adjusting tactical scenarios and supporting dynamic training requirements
